Tips&tops

Ontdek je werkplek. Voordat ik weg ging heb ik een lijst met tips en tops gemaakt over mijn stage. Hierin heb ik aangegeven wat ik vind dat ze heel goed doen maar ik heb ook aangegeven wat er (dringend!) verbeterd moet worden. Doordat ik dit heb gedaan heb ik de knelpunten bespreekbaar gemaakt. (c.3.7) Doordat ik dit gemaakt heb geef ik ook feedback aan mijn begeleiders en collega’s (2.3.9) Zo kunnen ze zien waar ze nog aan moeten verbeteren.

Tips

Better communication à often they come up with something last minute, it’s a bit overwhelming. Also the plans change all the time it’s confusing.
Better focused on the study of the interns. We need more things that are related to the study of the interns
Someone who can help you with your assignment. Like a supervisor for the interns. I really missed that.
More recycling. For examples the bottles of water, refill them!
Make some tasks more challenging
Sometimes I have the feeling that they forget that we are here for our school

Tops

When I just arrived they made sure that I felt welcome
Give space to the interns to work on school assignments
Open for new ideas
Give responsibilities to interns, make them part of the team
Flexible
Amazing team! Love everybody!
